Because Printify operates on a print-on-demand model, every product is made to order. As a result, returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes are not supported. However, you are covered for defects or damages.

Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because all our products are custom-made and printed on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, we want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at [info@vibezwearstudios.store] within 30 days of product delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographic or video proof showing the exact issue or defect
Note: You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
2. Refund Process
Once our team verifies the issue via your submitted photos, we will submit an issue to Printify to request a replacement or refund. If a refund is issued, it will be processed and automatically applied to your customer's original method of payment within [e.g., 5-7 business days].
3. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Sizing: Since our items are print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for incorrect sizes. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
- Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an invalid or incorrect address and the package is returned or lost, we are not responsible for a refund.
- Customer Changes Mind: We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items once they have entered the fulfillment/printing process.
